I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hostel in a great location. The hosts were incredibly helpful and ensured I had a pleasant stay. The room and bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. The location of the hostel was great, with easy access to key attractions in the city. the outdoor seating area provided a nice space to socialize and meet fellow travelers. One more advantage was the cleanliness of the facilities, which were impressive given the number of people staying.

The dorm rooms were not very comfortable, as they were slightly cramped and had household items lying around. The breakfast provided was also only average.
